Welcome

Welcome to my little corner of the world. I am so honored by your visit today. My name is Kristi and I am married to my college sweetheart(I refer to him here as "Mr. Incredible"), momma to my 2 beautiful girls who are growing much too quickly, a high school computer teacher, photographer, and a gardener (at times~right now I'm growing weeds). I love to laugh, drink strong Starbucks coffee, take pictures, and be anywhere my family is. Jesus is my Savior and I try so hard to be the wife and momma that He has called me to be. I often fail but He lovingly picks me up, dusts me off, and encourages me that with Him all things are possible. Feel free to join me on this journey of faith, stop in and say hello, look around, and leave a comment~I love comments. Why "Kiki's Corner?" My nephews call me Aunt Kiki and I love that too.

Good Morning! Thank you for visiting my Menu Planning Monday~ I'm so glad that you stopped by. Here is my menu for the week. I have to admit, last week I was a bit off. Sunday:
My Mom's Swiss Steak Recipe
Mashed Potatoes

Key Lime Pie
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mom's Swiss Steak:

Tenderized Round Steak (we buy the family pack)
Rinse well and pat dry
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a zip lock bag
Add Swiss steak
brown both sides in skillet
Put in crock pot with: Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup,
Can of Cream of Chicken Soup and a packet of
Lipton Onion soup mix.

Cook on low for 9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

Key Lime Pie (by Nadja)
1 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust (already made-yeah!!)
2 cans Sweet Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup sour cream
3/4 Cup key lime juice (I buy mine already squeezed)
1 T grated lime zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine the ingredients, mix well and pour into graham cracker crust. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of the pie. Do not brown!!! Chill and serve. Soooooooo easy!

Those bacon & egg bundles look great. A perfect dish for weekend mornings.

You stopped by my blog this morning and asked about the veggie tacos - they're one of my favorites and so easy.

Oh moms swiss steak. I remember the days. I love my moms. Swiss Steak is one of the only things (oh I forgot meat loaf...it must be a tomatoey thing)that my Cowboy could care less about so I don't have often. Actually can't remember the last time. Oh my mouth is watering. Yours sounds so yummy.
