I can't believe this is the last Monday in October! It is starting to feel a little bit like Fall around here. I see the first few leaves in our beautiful Red Oak trees starting to change colors and I like it. Here is my Menu for the week:

It's finally feeling like fall around here too. Now I'm just waiting for the Halloween-night snowfall that is bound to launch us right into winter...

We're past fall up here and in the start of winter!! The ground is white and so are the mountains.
