Welcome

Welcome to my little corner of the world. I am so honored by your visit today. My name is Kristi and I am married to my college sweetheart(I refer to him here as "Mr. Incredible"), momma to my 2 beautiful girls who are growing much too quickly, a high school computer teacher, photographer, and a gardener (at times~right now I'm growing weeds). I love to laugh, drink strong Starbucks coffee, take pictures, and be anywhere my family is. Jesus is my Savior and I try so hard to be the wife and momma that He has called me to be. I often fail but He lovingly picks me up, dusts me off, and encourages me that with Him all things are possible. Feel free to join me on this journey of faith, stop in and say hello, look around, and leave a comment~I love comments. Why "Kiki's Corner?" My nephews call me Aunt Kiki and I love that too.

A Message from the Hospital

I am just dropping in to let you know that the Great Physician is taking wonderful care of Rachel. The new doctor that He provided is everything we hoped for and more. He took one look at Rachel and new that she was in a tremendous amount of pain.

He decided to admit her to the hospital for 2 or 3 days and we are thankful.
The hospital was full to maximum capacity but they finally found a bed for us around 4:30.

We are praying that the medicines will start working very quickly and that our daughter will finally have some much needed relief.

The nurses and doctors are taking great care of us. We feel very comfortable here.
Thank you for continuing to lift Rachel up in prayer.
I'll try to post more tomorrow. I better get back to my girl.
Joyfully,
Kristi

Hi, Kristi. I'm checking in after a few days away. I'm so glad you were able to see the doctor. I know earlier in the week you mentioned possibly seeing a doctor Dallas. That's our neck of the woods... if there's anything at all we can do, please do not hesitate to ask.

Love you and praying, praying, praying!

I know I haven't been posting any comments but I've been following and praying as the Lord brings Rachel to mind - which has been often during the day lately. I will continue to pray fervently!

As we were driving to Walmart last night, God brought you all to my mind. It must have been around 7:30 p.m. Satan was barking away, but I shut him down REAL FAST. I just started to praise God, thanking Him for Ephesian 3:20 your daugther and all of you, for being the Great Physician and that He will reign and show forth His power and glory. This post has brought me to tears,,((Hugs)) Father God, You are AMAZING. I thank You for the lavish love that You are displaying, for the doors of favor opening up, and for commanding Your angels concerning this precious girl, to be with her, in those four corners of that hospital room. I praise You for wisdom and discernment that You are placing within the Dr.s and nurses and I praise You for Your will being done, for strength, comfort, peace and joy in the midst of the storm...amen amen amen
