Welcome

Welcome to my little corner of the world. I am so honored by your visit today. My name is Kristi and I am married to my college sweetheart(I refer to him here as "Mr. Incredible"), momma to my 2 beautiful girls who are growing much too quickly, a high school computer teacher, photographer, and a gardener (at times~right now I'm growing weeds). I love to laugh, drink strong Starbucks coffee, take pictures, and be anywhere my family is. Jesus is my Savior and I try so hard to be the wife and momma that He has called me to be. I often fail but He lovingly picks me up, dusts me off, and encourages me that with Him all things are possible. Feel free to join me on this journey of faith, stop in and say hello, look around, and leave a comment~I love comments. Why "Kiki's Corner?" My nephews call me Aunt Kiki and I love that too.

Little Bunny Foo-Foo~An Update

Our little bunnies are growing up.  Friday we thought that our little bunny count was down to two...but somehow the little wild hare reappeared Saturday afternoon and we were thrilled to see him.

It has to be a boy!  The girls are sweetly nestled in their bunny burrow.  Okay, I don't know if it's a boy, but I'm going with it anyway.
Here is one of the sweet bunnies. Their eyes are open...so sweet!
She likes to be held but not the wild child boy hare.  He jumped out of Rachel's arms and nearly plunged 4 feet to his death.  Surprisingly, he landed on his feet much like a cat.  Whew! Needless to say, whenever he sees Rachel, he hops in the other direction.  Ha!  I'm just kidding, Rachel!

Speaking of bunnies, even though Easter isn't about a bunny, the Easter bunny still visits our house.  He/she leaves sugar candy eggs in a trail from the girls' rooms all the way to their chairs in the kitchen:

where a few treasures are waiting:

The Easter bunny use to do this for my brother and I...happy memories and traditions to pass down to my girls too.  Normally, the Easter bunny hides eggs to find too, but since sunrise service was a bit early, the Easter bunny just left a trail. Not that kind of trail!  A good kind of trail.

Hannah followed the traditional trail to her chair and then started looking for eggs throughout the house.  She sweetly said, "Wow! The Easter bunny did a good job hiding the eggs this year." And then I let her in on my little secret that the EB was going to sunrise service and that she had already found the "hidden" egg trail. We both giggled.
What did ya'll do to celebrate Easter?
