This verse has always been one of my favorites.
God is my power source; He is my strength! I can't do any of this on my own.
God is my power source; He is my strength! I can't do any of this on my own.
I just need to tell you what God has done for me this semester. I knew that together, God and I had accomplished a lot. I just didn't realize how much school work we had done together until I sat down to total it all. In the past sixteen weeks we have:
Read 24 books
Read 96 poems
Created 2 PowerPoint Presentation
Taken 12 exams
and written...65 papers!
He is all sufficient. I give Him all the praise and the glory. Isn't He amazing? I am living proof that He equips those that He calls.
What is He calling you to do for Him today?
What is He calling you to do for Him today?
Take my word for it, He is so trustworthy and faithful. You can do what He is calling you to do because you are not doing it alone. He is right there. Plug into His power source!
Joyfully,
Kristi

Blessings to you dear, this is one of my favorite verses.
You are truly amazing! It is truly by His strength that you can do these things. Blessings my friend.
Yes He is my power source too!
IT is a blessing to look back and see all that the Lord has done.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for that inspiration! If you've read my blog lately you know I haven't had much time to visit other blogs and I've been relying on that same power source for day to day strength this last week in a special way.
The first blog post I've read in several days was your verse about Christ's Strength. If you are familiar with the footprints poem, know that He is carrying me this week.
Your post fed my spirit.
And congrats on a full semester!
Amen sister! :-) Praise God for the strength He gives to accomplish any task set before us.
God's richest blessings be to you and yours and may he double those hours which you all have invested that you may be the best that He has called you to be.
I wish my blackboard writing had ever been that good.
We truly can do all things through Christ because He is our strength, can't we? I'm amazed at what you and He have accomplished together in such a short time! That's great news! Happy WFW.
Have a great WFW!

Sixty-five papers!!?? Wow! So glad you had God walking right alongside you and strenghtening you throughout the semester.
Happy WFW!
Thank you so much for your kind words today and most imporantly your prayers. I may sound as if I have it together, but this past year has been a true test of faith. You have blessed me today.

Love this verse too and only by His grace, strength and mercy can I even think to accomplish all that you did this month! WOW!
Can you email the experiment to show the power of forgiveness - from black to clear water?
Thank you so much!

Jill

Here I am just bone weary from studying for my third final this week which is scheduled for tomorrow.

Thank you for the blessing.
Amen! What a great post! and congrat's on your accomplishments this season!
Kristy, you always encourage me with your desire to do well!
hugs my friend!
Wow! That's quite a testimony to his all-sufficient power! It is amazing indeed what we can do when we're plugged in to the one and only true power source! Go girl!
Once our youth pastor did a message once on this and each time he used the word "power" during his messgae (which was many) he had a sound guy drop in a little sound bite from that old disco song..."I've Got the Power!" Very effective. Now whenever I see that verse, I always remember that message and that song starts playing in my head and I'm ready to go!
