Welcome

Welcome to my little corner of the world. I am so honored by your visit today. My name is Kristi and I am married to my college sweetheart(I refer to him here as "Mr. Incredible"), momma to my 2 beautiful girls who are growing much too quickly, a high school computer teacher, photographer, and a gardener (at times~right now I'm growing weeds). I love to laugh, drink strong Starbucks coffee, take pictures, and be anywhere my family is. Jesus is my Savior and I try so hard to be the wife and momma that He has called me to be. I often fail but He lovingly picks me up, dusts me off, and encourages me that with Him all things are possible. Feel free to join me on this journey of faith, stop in and say hello, look around, and leave a comment~I love comments. Why "Kiki's Corner?" My nephews call me Aunt Kiki and I love that too.

Beloved

I just have to tell you that we will celebrate the one year anniversary of Rachel's miracle in only 5 1/2 weeks!!!  Oh, God is sooooooooo good!

My emotions are running high these days as I reflect on this last year and God's absolute grace and the miracle that came from His hand...it was only Him...and I will NEVER stop praising Him for all that He has done and continues to do!  Praise, You Father!

Last week, I had a last minute photography session cancellation and Rachel and I embraced that time to do another senior photo shoot.  I found a new place that I had been saving just for her photo shoot.

We knew exactly what shirt to wear:

The precious ladies at Wild Olive Tees blessed her with this shirt last year.  The verse on the back says:

Beloved

We prayed this exact verse over our daughter many, many times.  When I emailed Wild Olive Tee's to purchase the t-shirt, I told them a little bit about Rachel's story and they generously sent Rachel a t-shirt...they didn't let me pay for Rachel's shirt.  I was so touched by their generosity that I had a t-shirt giveaway on my blog last year and my sweet blogging friend Bethany won the t-shirt.

Rachel has worn this shirt so many times over the past year...it is one of many visible marks of God's great faithfulness.  He is mighty to save...and He takes great delight in His children.

We think Wild Olive Tees are the best and we love what their company stands for!  If you haven't seen their shirts please go visit their site today.

They have a special going on until 10/25/10.  You will receive free shipping on orders of 2 t-shirts or more if you enter RELEVANT 10 at checkout.

When I saw the picture I thought that looks like an Olive Tee :)

I LOVE mine, it's so soft and comfy to wear and I love the verse on it.

I have been so privileged to take part in a small part of Rachel's story. I remember the opportunity to pray her through and then I remember when the miracle came. Can't believe it's already been a year. I love that shirt!
