Our family already knew about the award thanks to the wonderful Chamber Secretary....but we somehow managed to keep it a secret from Rachel. She was so surprised and she cried. The school counselor was so gracious in her presentation to Rachel. The words that she chose, the things that she said....my heart was filled to overflowing with gratitude.
It was a night to remember...a senior memory to cherish!
