Game Room Make-Over

Laura at Organizing Junkie is hosting a Playroom/Gameroom makeover. Here are my before pics:

The closet was a mess! When we built our house I asked for shelves instead of hanging racks. I knew we would need them. Where is the floor in this picture???

And here are the afters: (whew! much better)

I used the old diaper changing table in the closet for extra storage, lots of baskets for small games and Polly world. I used a clear 3 drawer container from the dollar store for Polly's, clothes, and accessories. Web kins were organized on the computer shelf and I sewed zebra print panels and covered the old lamp shade. I moved the extra trundle bed from another room into the game room for extra seating and a couch affect. It looks like fun for lounging and watching a movie don't you think?

The girls and I had fun with our makeover. Thanks for stopping by.

Joyfully,

Kristi

  2. Great Job! Do you need any more polly pockets? I've had my daughter under our bed now for 3 years lol. Forget they are there until I see them somewhere. The room looks awesome.
    Blessings,

  6. Okay you were really busy. What a fun hang out space, the zebra print is so cool. Love that you added the change table/dresser into the closet. I'm a HUGE fan of dressers in closets.

    Thanks for sharing :)
